Google Duplex, is a new technology for conducting natural conversations. In this video, you can see it can carry out “real world” tasks over the phone.
The technology is directed at completing specific tasks, such as scheduling appointments. The system can make a conversational experience so natural, allowing people to speak normally like they would to another person. All of this without having to adapt to a machine.
